Join Our Growth Team

Our Growth team drives S4D’s expansion through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales strategies, positioning us as a leader in the QSR market. We are looking for someone passionate about sales and marketing, based in the Amsterdam area, and available for a full-time (40-hour) on-site internship for at least 4 months.

Job Description

As our Growth Marketing Intern, you will immerse yourself in driving growth and engagement for our company, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. You will collaborate closely with sales and content teams to craft and execute strategies aimed at expanding our customer base and optimizing conversion rates. Partnering with sales and content, you will implement growth marketing strategies that fuel customer acquisition and drive conversions, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Asana, Leadinfo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Conducting research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, you'll work on marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and social media, while aligning efforts with business objectives and priorities across cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements

• You’re a 3rd or 4th-year student in the EU in a business, marketing, communications, or equivalent program

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch is a plus

• Comfortable with numbers

• You are an innovator, a juggler, and a problem solver

• You are creative, motivated, and eager to learn

• Bonus points: Prior experience with business development or digital marketing

• Bonus points: Interest in the food (delivery) field
